The dedication of time, commitment of support and spirit of volunteerism is invaluable to the continued success of our two-day event.
 

Approximately two months prior to the event, volunteers join together at weekly work bees to prepare the grounds, open and set-up buildings, and operational maintenance of equipment.

 

Behind the scenes, our committee chairpersons are busy organizing their designated duties for the event.

 

We have 50 core volunteers, 300 plus volunteers on the weekend and let us not forget those volunteers that come prior to the weekend to help set up and for closing down the site.....Thank you.
